Due to New State Rules, Effective April 1,2012, C.O.E. Continuing Education is no longer required to submit your hours to the State board.
It is now the licensee responsibility to maintain a copy of your CE Record and Certificate. DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS TO THE STATE BOARD.
Beginning July 1st. you will be able to renew your license online or CLICK HERE to print the license renewal form
Thereafter you must hold on to your documents as proof that you did completed your Continuing Education, for auditing purpose.
If you are renewing your license for 2007. 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011 Licensee period then you must mail in a license renewal form along with your fees

Audits of the licensee continuing education may be conducted at any time and upon the board request each licensee shall provide completed records (CE Record and Certificate) to the board, failure to do so will result in a $250.00 penalty.
The board may suspend a license, revoke a license or deny the renewal of any licensee, who fails to com-ply with any provision in the rules.
The presentation of fraudulent continuing education documentation to the board by a licensee shall re-sult in a civil penalty of $500.00.
